No Freedom

It's not meant to impress you with words but in thought. The title just loops throughout the song, an aching philosophical reality that love speaks for its own and flourishes only in free-will. (Dido, Girl Who Got Away Album)
That First Crush
October 14, 2018
Amidst the contradiction to my personal music preference, the song by Yazoo called "Only You" seems to be an ear-turner, owing to its blend of techno, pop, and British 80s vibe. The song was played in some episodes of Once Upon a Time. I must admit I was hooked since then. The simplicity of having a first crush - well, this song captures it.
A word of advice: Steer clear from watching the music video, unless you want to see the eccentricity of moving mannequins.
State of Wanderlust

Recently plunged into an artistic movie titled as "Project Happiness". A couple leaves the comfort of Berlin to start traveling across the US, up north to Alaska and into Mexico. They use an old school bus and set out to brave the unknown. The film was raw, and can pull strings from your heart.

Birthed from the experience is the song called Alaska. It combines modern sound effects with pop and folk voicing. Check out this beautiful song by Mogli from the link on the photo.
