Revivification

StartFragment

Eager to clasp the resurrection,‬

of the nails soaked in blood

for her healing her salvation her

Glory, weight not on tired shoulders

but on spirit awaken like lilies that look

to the Sun. Come, unto dry bones flow love’s breath.

Dust will be a hindsight, the olive leaf has been plucked!

Render mercy, the elders laud around the crystal throne,

shoot of Jesse, arise. Lock the lips of mockers,

strengthen feeble bodies. Where groans

in bowls of incense perfume the courts.

Thy scepter to reign for creation’s recompense.

A poem of hope for my Grandmother's salvation.
